Here are some tunes for your enjoyment. Some of the music is Fred original, but most of it is just a grab-bag that I will sort out soon. The files are in SMF (standard MIDI format), a few are General Midi, but you'll probably have to tweak patches on a bunch of them. Click on the file name to go to the midi file -- with an appropriate helper app you may be able to play it. Otherwise, with browsers such as Netscape you can SHIFT+CLICK on the name to download it to your disk and play it later on your sound card or synth. The file size (in bytes) is provided to give you an idea of the length -- some files are merely short snippets or fanfares (useful for adding to a presentation or multimedia work), while others are longer pieces you could use for backgound music, raw material, easy listening, or just fooling around with your sound card.
